How all chambers are they connected to each other? How are they sperated?

Chambers are separated by grooves called septa. auricles seperated by inter auricular septum. ventricles seperated by inter ventricular septum. right auricule, ventricle and left auricle, ventricle seperated by auricule ventricular septum.

-> Human heart has four Chambers that collectively help in the Re-oxygenation of Blood in the Lungs.

-> The De-oxygenated Blood from the whole body is entered into the right Atrium which then pushes it to the right Ventricle.

-> From the right Ventricle, the De-oxygenated Blood is taken to the lungs where the Oxygenation takes place.

-> The Oxygenated Blood is then taken back to the left Atrium which pumped it to the left Ventricle from where the Aorta takes it to the whole body.  

-> In order to avoid mixing of Oxygenated and Deoxygenated Blood, there are thick curtain like Sheets are present between these Chambers called Septum. The septum protects the Blood from Mixing.
