To understand You must have Knowledge of LC oscillatory circuit...which is nothing just a circuit with two elements, i,e One is Inductor and Other is Capacitor

This LC circuit is present in each electronic gadget where you find antenna...like our cell phones or any remote system..

LC oscillatory creates Varying magnetic and electric field...Capacitor is the element which is capable of creating oscillating or varying electric field , as we know that Capacitors stores Electrical energy within the Electric field which is formed between the plates Whereas In case of Inductor, It stores Magnetic energy inside and Magnetic field oscillates in LC circuit due to this element i,e inductor...

When Electric and Magnetic field oscialltes , both have got special characteristic to travel in a space without any source...

Initially by any mean we oscillate the charge particle in an LC circuit...due to which LC circuit creates varying Magnetic and Electric field...which further starts travelling in a space...this is what we call Electromagnetic waves as it shows the behaviour of wave...So it keeps travelling by the variation of Electric and Magnetic field which carry energy (Electrical + Magnetic)...

wave is the source of oscillaton...once oscillation is done then wave propagate by itself carrying energy....This energy depends on oscillation of an object...

LC is the Circuit which is used to generate electrical signals to EM waves...

Hope this hlp......
