how and where lysosomes are formed in the cells?
Answers
Answer:
Lysosomes are an important cell organelle found within eukaryotic animal cells. Due to their peculiar function, they are also known as the “suicide bags” of the cell.
Lysosomes are formed from the fusion of vesicles from the Golgi complex with endosomes. Endosomes are vesicles that are formed by endocytosis as a section of the plasma membrane pinches off and is internalized by the cell. In this process, extracellular material is taken up by the cell.
lysosomes are formed by Golgi apparatus in a cell. They generally polymorphic organically which are found in cell that is an organelle showing different morphology with respect to function.lysosome is generally a spherical inactive enzyme containing small structure which is also known as primary lysosome when it is released from the Golgi apparatus.
when the lysosome combines with the food particle in a cell it becomes secondary lysosome or second morphology which is Hetrophagocyte and larger in size and irregular in shape also known phagosome.
on other hand when the lysosomes have digested the food particle and only contains the residue waste material it is known as tertiary lysosome or the residual body which is the third morphology.
where as when a lysosome is released from the Golgi body also known as primary lysosome digest the worn out organelle of the cell it is known as autophagosome.
this is how the different kind of lysosomes are formed and function in a cell.
