bec it is nature's creation and another reason is that..

when we breadth our breadth contain many things and it contain cold also so cold and our neck's breadth attached and our voice changes

hello..

during winter season there's a lot of moist in the cold air so whenever we speak that cold air reaches to our throat as we speak by inhaling that cold air...

hence whenever we speak our voice comes in very deep pitch leading to the variations in the voice...
