Right to freedom is known as the cluster of several rights because it involves all the rights which a person needs.

The Constitution of India gives the following rights to the people.

i). Freedom of speech and expression,it means that the citizens of India have the freedom of speech and expression.They are free to express their thoughts anywhere through various media.

ii). Freedom of Movement : Freedom of Movement means Indian citizens have the freedom to move freely anywhere in the country.

iii). Freedom of Residence: People of India have the right and freedom to reside and settle permanently,anywhere in the country.


iv). Freedom of Assembly: Indian citizen have the freedom to assemble peacefully and without arms. They can arrange any public meeting, they can protest rallies on a particular issues.

And therefore the right of freedom
is called as cluster of several rights.
