The hundredth tiger was taken into procession through the town and buried. In his honour a tomb was erected over it.
The killed hundred tiger was honoured because Maharaja's vow had been fulfilled. He was overcome with elation. His anxiety which reached the fear pitch when just one tiger was remained ,was now claimed. The village people where too happy because now they were fred from the brutal treatment of the greedy and selfish tiger king
