While in the Annex, Anne Frank did a lot of schoolwork. She had an almost normal life, she just wasn't able to leave. At first, she was energetic and anxious about living there, but after awhile, she got in fights with everyone else, and got tired of living there. A little while before she was taken, she became very depressed. Mainly, she read, wrote, did math, cooked, cleaned, listened to the radio, and took a shower every Sunday. She also formed a relationship with Peter. The two would have deep conversations in his room for hours at a time.

Heya mate,
ANSWER
Reading and studying became the most preferred diversions for the two sisters, Anne and Margot, as they spent their time in hiding in the secret annex. The only way to take their minds off the terrible scourge of war was to concentrate on studies that enabled them to hold on to the hope that there would be a time of peace after the war. Margot was extremely diligent and immersed herself in her work but Anne was easily distracted because she was quite curious as well as sensitive to her surroundings.
