alveoli designed to maximize the exchange of gases. alveoli look like boiling tube without having the handle with the very minute pores though which blood capillary are attached and the blood capillary are attached with the main vein with RBC the O2 from the alveoli is sent to the blood capillary where it combine with Haemoglobin and form oxyhaemoglobine and diffuses to cell
