Uses of Bacteria's are as follows :-
(i) Bacteria are considered as the natural scavangers hence they can obtain their food by the decomposition of dead materials, leaves etc.
(ii) Bacteria is also used in the process of fermentation. The best example of this is in the manufacturing of vinegar.
(iii) Few bacteria are used in retting of jute also.
(iv) Few bacteria are used for the production of antibiotics. The best example of this is Streptomyces.
(v) Bacteria like Clostridium, Azotobacter help in nitrogen fixation, they are found in the soil hence are known as soil bacteria. Also in other steps of nitrogen cycle many bacteria are required.
