Lanthanide: From left to right in case of lanthaniade the atomic number is increase but the main points lies in the atomic and molecular radious….they decrrases….the atmoc radious decreases is not regular but the molecular radious decreases is going to slowly but regularly from La3+ to Lu 3+…From lanthanan (La ) to Lutesium (Lu ) …after crossing these 14 elements the total decreases of ionic radius is quite similar to 20pm. .This is called as Lanthanoid contraction……
