HOW ARE CHROMATIN AND CHROMOSOMES RELATED

Chromatin is a mass of genetic material composed of DNA and proteins which is found in the inter phase of the cell cycle. And chromatin condenses to form chromosomes. So chromosomes are just condensed form of chromatin found in the mitotic phase of the cell cycle (It is more organised than chromatin).
