chromatin is a mass of genetic material which is composed by DNA it can be seen clearly in the interphase part of cell division

during cell division when at metaphase cell chromatin condense IT results in the formation of chromosome we can say that chromosomes are just another condensed form of chromatin
and
chromatids parts of condensed chromosomes if you see clearly you will find one chromosome is made up of two parts and each part is known as chromatid
