Chromosomes are the things that you are inherited from your parents.---23 pairs, 46 chromosomes.
Chromatids are the individual chromosomes in a pair. ( two red sock, two blue sock etc)
Chromatins is the strands DNA which contain protein and make up chromosomes ( the thread which construct chromosomes ).
