How are circuit breakers similar to fuses? How are they not similar? Which one is more convenient to use?

MCBs are similar to fuse as both are used as a precautionary measure over current overload(short circuit).
MCBs prove to be a little different from fuse because MCBs do need to be changed in case of short circuit as they themselves break the circuit but in case of fuse they need to be replaced after a short circuit.
MCBs prove to be more convenient to that of fuse as it settles down for a one-time investment.
