Answer: A cloud is a large collection of very tiny droplets of water or ice crystals. The droplets are so small and light that they can float in the air. All air contains water, but near the ground it is usually in the form of an invisible gas called water vapor. When warm air rises, it expands and cools.

The temperature of air reduces as it moves up. The water vapour in the air starts condensing on the surface of dust particles present in the air. This results in the formation of a large number of tiny water droplets suspended in air. these clusters of water droplets in the air are visible to us as clouds
