when the water start evaporating the water converts into water vapour.

This water vapour go up in the air and react with the air molecules and cool down.

And then when it cool down they become tiny drops of water and after some time it become heavy in size and

when they grew heavy they come closure to each other and form cloud

and fall in the form of rain
