Explanation:

Clouds are created when water vapor, an invisible gas, turns into liquid water droplets. These water droplets form on tiny particles, like dust, that are floating in the air. You hang up a wet towel and, when you come back, it's dry.

Hope it helps...

Answer:

Clouds are created when water evaporates up and goes up in the atmosphere as its lighter in weight and stores up in there. This process carry's on and form huge parts of vapour to be stored forming clouds. And when the clouds can't hold the water stored in it anymore it rains which is also knows as precipitation.

I hope it helps you. Have a good day/night ahead dear~
