when warm air rises it expands and cools. cool air cannot hold much vapour as warm air so some of the vapour condenses onto tiny pieces of dust that are floating in the air and forms a tiny droplet around each dust particle .when billions of these droplets come together they become a visible cloud

Answer:

Clouds are created when water vapor, an invisible gas, turns into liquid water droplets. These water droplets form on tiny particles, like dust, that are floating in the air. You hang up a wet towel and, when you come back, it's dry.
