In order to make any change in the constitution we need many terms , conditions and needs.

The constitutional changes made in federalism system in the following ways :–

1. Parliament cannot change arrangements on its own.

2. It is not so easy for power sharing in between the union government and the state government.

3. And change in it has to be surely passed by both the houses of the Parliament seperately with at least of about 2/3rd of the majority.

4. Then the required changes has to be ratified by the legislatures of atleast 1/2 of the total number of states.

5. Finally data goes to president and also president must be assent to the change.

6. After those steps changes become law.
