SOLUTION:
Consumer Protection Council is organisation where consumer can plan their actions against exploitation. Consumer Protection Council has no legal rights and it is a voluntary organisation.
On the other hand consumer courts are those places where the consumer can lodge their Complaints against exploitation. These consumer courts are three tier Quasi judicial machinery set up for redressal of consumer disputes.
