after the decomposition of dead plants and animals in the soil they enhance the amount of nutrition present in soil and thus become humus which is needed for plant growth.

Dead animals have many components in their body but not usable by them. So when these mix with soil these are turned in bio fertilizers. These are really helpful for growth of plants . Because these are ful with nitrogen, sulphate compund , etc in enough value.
