Introducing the product catalogue and user personas and user stories.

Placement of user stories into release backlogs and various sprints.

Lining up user stories for the sprint task board.

Development teams need to create atleast 7 to 10 tasks for each story.

Time and capacity analysis by group discussion to complete the sprint in adequate time.

The team manages by their own efforts to complete the assignment and they must possess all required ‘knowledge and skills’ to deliver a ‘service or product’ that is well done and ‘ready to use’.

Explanation:

  • The Scrum master monitors their work and has the additional responsibility of ensuring that the team is able to do their tasks effectively.
  • They guide the ‘development team’ and help them with any obstacles or restrictions in their work. The ‘team needs to manage’ itself with their knowledge and skills.
  • The product owner gives the team the required information on behalf of the customer and they need to translate their needs to the Scrum Master and Development Teams.
