Schrodinger equation is a second order DE. Given a potential, I wish to perform standard -find the ground state energy, plot the wavefunction, find the reduced mass exercises using finite difference method. I am confused about how much input do i need to give and what matrix has eigenvalues which are the allowed energy of the system.
