How are eubacteriadifferent from archeabacteris???

1. Eubacteria are present everywhere whereas Archaebacteria inhabit only extreme environmental conditions.
2. The cell wall of Eubacteria has peptidoglycan along with muramic acid whilst that of Archaebacteria is of various types devoid of any muramic acid.
3. Introns are absent in Eubacteria while they are found in Archaebacteria
4. Thymine is found in the tRNA of Eubacteria but missing in tRNA of Archaebacteria.
