Any sort of job interviews are formal. And this should be good at any cost.
Interviews whether it is telephonic conversation or face to face or if it's online but the way of talking, body language etc should be perfect.
When you are having face to face conversation on Skype you need to get focus on your dress code , good communication skills , one should be honest, polite , with smiling face on.
When it is a telephonic conversation , you need to have proper conversation like properly questioning and answering skills, you should sound confident too. Volume of his/her voice must be at it's perfection. You should speak so fast that the other person can't listen you.
