Digestion of fat takes ( breaking takes place in our intestine then finishing is in Liver ) first by our bile ( Secreted by liver were lipase activated by bile  i.e. emulsification takes place )which plays consequent role in the relation of enzyme lipase (soluble in water ) and fat ( insoluble with water )  then pancreatic lipase digests emulsified fat to fatty acids and glycerides( to glycerol ) . lymphatic vessels took forward this step to liver and liver makes it ready to use .

Answer:

Digestion of fats takes place in small intestine. Fats entering in intestine are in the form of large globules. Bile juice breaks down these large globules into smaller globules. Afterwards fat digesting enzyme lipase present in pancreatic juice and intestinal juice converts it into fatty acids and glycerol.
