how are fats digested in our body

in our body fats are big globules that are not easily digested by the lypase enzymes.
so first fats are digested by the bile salts
bile salt do the emulsification of fats and then these emulsified fats are digested by lypase enzyme in small intestine...

When we intake the food in our mouth, it mixes with the saliva which does not covert fats into simpler substances. When the food reaches the stomach through the oesophagus it mixes with three things - HCl, mucus and gastric juices. Gastric juice also contains gastric lipase which converts negligible fat into fatty acids and glycerol. Thereafter, the fatty food reaches the small intestine, where it mixes with pancreatic lipase (secreted by pancreas), which converts fat into fatty acids and glycerol and also with bile juice (secreted by the liver), which helps in the emulsification of fats.
This is how fats are completely digested to n our body....
