When we take in the fats in the form of food, it first enters our mouth of buccall cavity where it is grinded to smaller pieces so that the stomach can easily digest it. Then, it passes through the food pipe esophagus which leads it to the stomach where the food digests and pases on to the small intestine where the bile salts secreted by the pancreas digests the fats and dissolves it into the body.

The process takes place in the small intestine where the bile salts digests the fats.
