the fossils are the dead remains of the plants and animals. these are formed when the dead plants and animals gets buried in the soil and due to high pressure it changes into fossils

If we dig the soil if we find the fossils i the upper layer the are the new fossils and if we go deeper we may find fossils those are the old fossils
