You might be knowing about Big Bang theory. It states the origin of our universe. So, the matter in the space collapsed with each other and formed different galaxies. Similarly the different elements in the space collapsed with each other due to their gravity and formed the planets.

And evolution of humans was a growth process. Humans evolved from stages to stages and the reason was their change due to their way of living. Means human being made their way for better living.
