How are hills different from plains?

hills are very higher from the sea level but plains are equal or some above from sea level

Hills are the areas that do not have altitude and are less steeper along with it they do not have distinct summit. While Plains are the stretch of low land which could be level or undulating with a low elevation above the sea level.
