Homogenous countries have minimal conflict, they have a common goal and can strive for that goal as a whole.They become wealthy, and get complacent. Competition for good jobs get higher, living standards get higher, living costs get higher. People don't marry, and those who do don't have kids. Too costly.Population falls, workforce suffers. Foreign workers are invited. Society becomes multi—cultural.Time flows, the people intermix and they become homogenous again….
