As far as vegetation and wildlife depletion is concerned, major cause is human activities. In today's life, human beings are cutting down the trees., mainly termed as deforestation which snatches the shelter(house) of our wildlife or wild animals.

Moreover, cutting down of big forests effects our natural vegetation as well.
