An integrated steel plant contains facilities right from raw material processing to final finished products. Whereas mini steel plants often just have steel melting shops to make steel slabs or blooms etc. Mini steel plants can have a variety of facilities depending on the investment and they generally have to depend upon other plants for one or the other part essential to steel manufacture.
