how are Involuntary action and reflex action different from each other

Involuntary actions are those on which there is no control of any individual. They are carried out by muscles which are under the direct control of the brain. Example, beating of heart. Refelx actions are those which are caused in response to a stimulus in an emergency.

Reflex Action :
1) the actions occurred with response
to external stimulus .
2) they are connected with
emergency .
3) Eg: coughing, sneezing etc.....

Involuntary Action :
1) these are in response to internal
stimulus.
2) they are connected with the
function of the internal body parts.
3) Eg: breathing, heartbeat etc....
