Reflex actions and Involuntary actions are different from each other as the Involuntary action are set of muscle movement that does not require any kind of thinking.


It is controlled by brain with beating of heart beat and reflex action is the rapid as well as spontaneous action for response to stimulus so it does not involve brain.
