here is your answer
Judaism is deeply monotheistic - the founding one god religion after Abraham is convinced there is only one god and so with his wife Sarah, he trusts the one god until he is given a son Isaac by Sarah at a very old age. Then God demands that Abraham sacrifice his long awaited son to him. Abraham duly prepares an altar on which to kill his son. At the last moment, a ram is caught in a bush and God tells Abraham to kill the animal instead. It is the basis for the Jewish religion and then there is the story of Moses who leads the Hebrews (Jews) out of slavery in Egypt. Another founding story but again one god who sends plagues to save his people, the Jews. It is as I said the first one god religionleadibg eventually to Christianity in 1st century Palestine and then Islam in 7th century Arabia.
Buddhism is atheistic in that God as an idea is not important. It is the example of Siddhartha Gautama that is important and he was a man who lived 2500 years ago. He was moved by suffering to search for an answer to why we suffer. This, it is said, took him many years until he reaches enlightenment, a mental state of calm and equanimity. He is called the Buddha at this moment. Buddha means awakened one. Then he tells his fellow seekers and so Buddhism begins. It spread from Northern India east into Burma, Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and China over a thousand years until it reached Tibet.
Similarities: that each provides an answer to suffering - Judaism is that humans fall short of following God’s laws
Buddhism is that we want stuff and this wanting is what causes suffering to us and to others.
