The judicial system is the supreme governing structure of law and regulations in any country.

The judicial system in our country is divided into two parts, state judicial system and national judicial system.

The national judicial system is control by the supreme court and the state judicial system is controlled by the respective state's high courts.

The appointment and the removal of the supreme court and high court judges are basically done by our country's president.
