Materials can be classified into dextrorotatory and laevorotatory based on the direction of rotation that molecules show when a plane polarised light is passed through them... Dextro is tight hand rotation and laevo is left. Based on this they form isomers called l and d isomers. Can't give example bcoz can't remember at the moment.
