Meaningful identifiers means the names of variables, programs, file names, picture names function and procedure names , class names and object names.
These names are all given in such a way that one understands the program easily. While writing the program also, the developer finds it much more comfortable using meaningful identifiers.
for example: if there is an array , list, matrix that are used for employee data, then that can be named as : employee_data..
