2 ) They create possibilities for investment to upgrade and expand their services.

3 ) Communication has widened the horizons of trade far and wide. Transport had limited access earlier. With the advancement of science and technology the world has converted into a large village. Communication has widened the scope of transportation even in the remote areas.
