Minerals can be replenished in the soil by 1000 of ways. I am telling you about some major macronutrients like Nitrogfucken, Phosphate and Sulphide.
Phosphate and Sulphide can be added only by using minerals fertilizers and even manure provides them to the soil.
Nitrogen can be added by using fertilizers too manually but it is also added to soil by natural processes. First one is by lightning, whenever lightning occurs, the high speed light took some air with it too to the ground and convert it into nitrogenous compounds in the soil and some bacteria like rhizobium converts the nitrogenous compounds in soluble form which plant can use.
