Minerals are very useful to our body also they are important for metabolic processes. Minerals are chemical elements required for various body functions. some minerals which are useful to our body are Iron, cobalt, calcium,phosphorous, sulfur,potassium, sodium, magnesium e.t.c.
Calcium is required for the bone formation.it also helps in clotting of blood
Sulfur helps to improve the health of skin , hair , nails joints.
Potassium is required for the production of energy.
Iron forms hemoglobin.
Cobalt plays a role in formation of red blood cell.
