There are 3 type of neurons are present if we see in functional classification as :

1) sensory neurons

2) motor neurons

3) Interneurons

In other way if we see structurally there are also 4 types of neurons are present as

1) unipolar - having short single head body

2) bipolar - a neuron with one axon and one dendrite is bipolar neuron

3) multipolar - neuron which have many extension from there cell body are multipolar neuron

4) pseudo uni polar
