the law is first brought in the form of bill to the parliament if they agree with that then president agrees the bill is signed and the law is brought into use

legislative proposals are brought before either House of the Parliament of India in the form of a bill . Awill is the draft of a registrator proposals which was passed by the both the houses of parliament and assented to by the president became an art of parliament .
