After getting cleared from both the House of Parliament bill is sent to President for his assent. After giving his assent to the bill, it becomes an act. Then this act is notified through a Gazette Notification. After the publication of his Gazette Notification the act becomes the Law of the land.

law is stated by the lok sabha or rajya sabha

the rajya sabha is the highest of both the sabha

if it's proposed by the lok sabha it will be voted

and passed to the rajya sabha .In the rajya sabha

it should be again passed and sent to the president

and if he/she signs it will be a law .if the law is proposed by the rajya sabha it will be voted and passed directly sent to the president.
