Culture and traditions are responsible for creating social problems as they are rigid and depreciates human values. This, in turn, results in creating social problems in the country.

Explanation:

  • The social problems created as part of cultural and traditional values in our society creates a situation which not only harms the social fabric of the nation but also results in the violation of human rights.
  • For instance, the purdah system and child marriage were started as part of a culture which later emerged as social problems.
