People are considered the most important resource of a country as all other resources which nature offers to us are important only if they are useful to human beings. It is the people who convert them into a resource by means of their knowledge, skill and ability. Iron ore lying under the earth's crust was of no use till human beings discovered its use, mined it and moulded it according to its needs. Thus the real resource of a country is its people. Educated, healthy and motivated people are the most productive resource in the development of a country.
