Hi, My Friend I think it's related to the Civics

people discriminated by the basis of caste because caste is the way in which people may know your position in society

For example -your caste is highest in society then all people were respect you.

Your caste position is down in your society then all people dislike you and also shamed you

I think you understand what I saying

I hope it helps you

If a person belong to a higher caste then they will treated very respectively in their society and allowed to enjoy all privileges.

But if a person belong to a lower caste then they will treated very badly and people also dislike them in their society and they are not allowed to enjoy all privileges like higher caste people.
