Plains are the flat pieces of land. They are therefore created by soil erosion, river deposition and transportation activities. When rivers are flowing, they erode the mountain through plains; the eroded sediments are then transported in small pieces of stones sand and silt. During this process of the materials along the valley are deposited along the course. For instance plains such as Ganga exist because of deposition, transportation and erosion practices of rivers
